The long Winter has come to an end and a glorious Summer awaits us .... we hope!

The 2018 Cricket Season was due to begin on Saturday (March 31st), with a warm up match:-

against Pentyrch - but unfortunately that match and the following 2 week's matches have been
cancelled due to the rain.
However, with the sun shining we hope to play our first matches of the season on Saturday 21st.
Two games have been arranged against Fugitives and Cardiff Met (Start 12.30pm).
On Sunday, April 22nd, Newport play Frocester at Home in the National KO. (Start 1pm)

Sat. April 28th - 2nd's v Cardiff (A) - start 12.30pm

3rd & 4th's League Matches begin on Saturday, May 5th

3rd's v Abercarn (A)
4th's v Abercarn (H)

Outside Nets will begin on a Friday evening (April 20th - 6.00pm)
But work is needed to get the nets ready ..... that's down to the players!!
