Work To Be Done

Put the Sight Screens Up on to the Frames (10.30am – at least 8 people needed)

Prepare & Paint the Sightscreens

General Tidying Up in Clubhouse & Ground

Litter Picking Around the Ground

Mowing the Banks

Strimming the surrounds

Preparing the Ground (Squares & Outfield)

Erecting the Covers
Preparing the nets (weeding & tidying)
Putting the Nets up

If you can’t make it on the 29th, try to help on the following days:-

Saturday 30th March (10.00am - 2.00pm)                                                                                  
Sunday 31st March between 11.00am and 2.00pm.

During the following week                                                                                                              

Friday 5th April from 5.00pm to 8.00pm,                                                                             
Saturday 6th April between 10.00am and 2.00pm,                                                                              
Sunday 7th April between 11.00am and 2.00pm.

Therefore, we have six sessions, if everyone can make one session (you only need to turn 
up for an hour or so!), the work will be done quicker if we have the bodies!

Our first match will be on Saturday 6th April, and so most of the work will need to 
be done before then!
