Friends and family of Tom Carter gathered at Newport Cricket Club to unveil Tom's Memorial Bench.

Staff from the Dermatology Unit at St Woolos Hospital completed fund raising for the bench.

During the unveiling ceremony Tom's mother Anne and father Dai presented the Club with Tom's Newport CC shirt and 

Welsh Disability Team Cap which will be displayed in the Club Museum.
 

A  minutes silence was held by Newport Cricket Club players and officials to pay their respects to Tom following his passing in August 2019
