If the strength in depth at Newport Cricket Club was ever in doubt, then the next few weeks will 

prove that there is an abundance of talent at the club.

The club will take part in 7 Cup Finals in a fantastic climax to the season.

The 1st X1 take pride of place reaching 3 Cup Finals:-
Sunday, September 5th - Welsh Cup v Swansea at Pontarddulais. Start 1pm

Sunday, September 12th - SWPL T20 Cup v Swansea at St Fagans. Start 1pm
Saturday, September 18th - Macey T20 KO v Abergavenny at Abergavenny. Start 11am 

The Junior teams at U11, U13, U15 & U17 have all reached their respective Gwent Shield Finals.
The Gwent Junior Finals Day sponsored by Macey Sports, will be held at Newport CC on Sunday, September 5th.

U11 Final:- Newport  v Abergavenny. Start (10am)

U13 Final:- Newport v Abergavenny. Start (10am)
U15 Final:- Newport v Abergavenny. Start (1pm)

U17 Final:- Newport v Sudbrook. Start (4pm)

Unfortunately, the Junior Cup Finals clash with the Senior Welsh Cup, but it will be a great advert for Newport Cricket Club.

The U11's team have already won one Final, beating Abergavenny in the Gwent Super 8's Tournament.

On Monday, September 6th - Thursday 9th, Newport are hosting the Glamorgan 2nd's v Yorkshire 4 Day 2nd X1 Championship match.
