Newport U11's - Gwent Super 8 Winners

The Newport U11 team won the Gwent U11's Super 8 Tournament at Abergavenny on Bank Holiday Monday.

Newport won all 3 of their Group matches beating Monmouth, Chepstow and the Fugitives, before 
beating Abergavenny in the Final.

The team, led by Olly Collins played really good cricket throughout the day, with all the players playing 
well, particularly in the Final against Abergavenny

It's a big week for the U11 team who play Chepstow in the MBS Gwent Cup (Semi Final) on Wednesday 
at Home (5pm), with the winners going onto play Abergavenny in the Final, on Sunday at Newport (Start 10am).
