Newport Cricket Club Bids Farewell to Callum Taylor.

It's a sad day for all parties, but what a ride!

Callum has created a legacy at Newport Cricket Club. 
He was involved in 2 SWPL Titles winning teams and a host of other trophies.
He was the Club's Player of the Year in 2017, 2018 and 2022

In 2022 he topped the SWPL Batting and Bowling Averages
scoring 976 SWPL Runs which included 3 Fifties and 4 Hundreds,
with a top score of 196no, at an Average of 81.33. 
He took 37 SWPL wickets at an average of 18.81 per wicket

His stats for Newport are outstanding and it will take a special player to
ever get close to matching his performances.
Add to his All Round game his Fielding, which was described as WORLD CLASS
and you have a sensational player.
