A packed Clubhouse enjoyed a night of Junior Achievement as Newport Cricket Club Celebrated 
its Junior Presentation Evening.

Newport CC U13's
Pride of place went to the Club's U13 Team who won the Gwent Youth League with an unbeaten record 
throughout the season. The team also won the Gwent League Super 8 Competition and also claimed a 
place in the U13 Cup Final against Chepstow. Unfortunately, the Finals Day was rained off at the end of 
the season and will be replayed on April 27th at the start of the 2025 season.
 
Individual Awards were presented to:-
U13 Most Improved Player:- Chase Williams
U13 Merit Award:- Aahil Tariq
U13 Player of the Year:- Freddie Davies

Newport CC U11's
The U11's also enjoyed a memorable season, coming Runners Up to Chepstow in the U11 Gwent League, 
having lost just 1 game all season. They also claimed a place in the U11 Cup Final against Chepstow. The 
Final will be replayed on April 27th at the start of the 2025 season. 

Individual Awards were presented to:-
U11 Most Improved Player:- Riley Hook & Ollie Thorne
U11 Merit Award:- James Porazynski & Josh Siggins 
U11 Player of the Year:- Charlie Watkins

Newport CC U15's
The U15's also enjoyed a memorable season, coming Runners Up to Chepstow in the U15 Gwent League, 
They lost to eventual winners St Fagans, in the Zone Final of the Welsh Cup. They also claimed a place 
in the U15 Cup Final against Chepstow. The Final will be replayed on April 27th at the start of the 2025 season.

U15 Merit Award:- Adithya Mayur 
U15 Player of the Year:- Tom Vizard & Ollie Collins

Special mention went to Harry Wallace, who not only represented Wales with distinction, but was 
also selected for the West of England U15 Squad, for the annual Bunbury Tournament.
