Newport Cricket Club is a voluntary run cricket club and is
highly regarded for the work it does in the local community.
The aim of our 2025 Coaching Programmes is to offer young
children (Boys & Girls aged from 5 to 15yrs old,
enjoyable Cricket opportunites, which also play a significant
role in developing their physical and mental well being.

Newport International Sports Village (NISV)
which is one of the
best grounds in Wales. - In recent years the club has hosted:

2016 The Sri Lankan International Team
who used the ground as a Training Base
whilst playing in the ICC Trophy in Cardiff
2018 The Pakistan International Team
who used the ground as a Training Base
whilst playing in the ICC Trophy in Cardiff
2019 The Return of County Championship
Cricket to Newport after 54 years
Glamorgan v Gloucestershire (4 Day) -
Over 4 000 visitors visit the
NISV Site every week!
This provides an excellent chance
to promote your company,
and at the same time help us to
help the young cricketers of Newport. -
