175 Club Draw

Why Not Join, Now?

The 175 Club Draw was first introduced to celebrate the Club’s 175th Anniversary 
year in 2009,
and has proved a successful way of raising funds for the Club ever
since, as well as giving
members the opportunity to win in the Monthly Draws.


























We are always looking for supporters to join the 175 Club.  
A monthly subscription of as little as £1 will enter you into the Club’s Monthly Draw. 
The winner will receive 50% of the money raised in that month, with the balance used to 
support club activities. 
As we expect the draw to grow in popularity and funds increase, over time we may, 
with the agreement of the Club Committee, increase the number of prizes.

175 Club (Entry Details)
Supporters can join the 175 Club by buying a number of shares for the Monthly Draw.  
The minimum subscription is £1 per month but bonus shares are offered for larger
subscriptions as follows:

Draw Details
The draw is registered with Newport City Council under the Lotteries and Amusements Act 1976, 
as amended (Permit Number 1212).
Each draw will be made at monthly Committee Meetings (usually the 2nd. Monday of each month), 
and the winner will be notified and payment made as soon as possible after the draw. 
The monthly winner will be named on the Club notice board.
 
Payment Options
  1. Monthly cash/cheque payment 

    A cash/cheque payment can be paid to any Newport Cricket Club Committee Member on or
    before the first Monday in each month.

  1. Monthly Standing Order

    For your convenience and assurance, we would recommend that you use the monthly
    standing order option. 
    A Standing Order is completely under your control as you can change /stop it at any time
    by notifying your bank. 
    If you do not have on-line access to your bank account, a form can be downloaded for
    your completion
    and submission to the bank holding your account.

  1. Annual Payment

    Annual payment of £12 (cheque or cash), to be paid by April 1st.
    This can be completed on your Annual Membership Renewal Form if you wish.
